Tuesday Men's Bible Study Breakfast
We meet at Chubby's Family Restaurant 11333 E. Northwest Hwy (out in front of Lowe's) on Tuesday mornings. The Bible Study meets in the back meeting room. It starts at 6:30 a.m. and is over at 7 a.m. (You can order & eat your breakfast either before or after the Bible Study. Even if you aren't eating or drinking coffee, you can come for the Bible Study.) Brooks Boutwell is leading the Bible Study but there is opportunity for discussion, if you are so inclined. Whether you know a lot or a little, you are welcome to join us. We meet about 50 weeks out of the year. We will notify you here of those dates we are off.

Softball League
Our Men's softball team plays Thursday nights at the Carter Complex in Garland. If you would like more information about signing up to play or a schedule to watch games, email Brandon Bachtel.

Quarterly Men's Saturday Breakfast 
We do not have our next breakfast on the calendar yet, but we'll update this page when we pick a day. They typically go about like this: a few of our men will cook up a tasty breakfast and then one of them will lead a brief devotional. The cost is "Love Offering." Pitch in $3 or $4 and get a great meal! Come and enjoy some guy time and get a spiritual challenge.

Men in Ministry
There are opportunities for you to be involved right now: One is to volunteer with our kids, either as a teacher or helper. You could be used between 3 - 6 p.m. weekdays in our Life After School program or on Sunday mornings in Sunday School or Wednesday evening. The kids love having some godly men with them (just ask "Big Jim"). You can make a difference in the lives of kids . . . some of whom have no dads at home. Contact the office and we will get the right people in touch with you.

We can always use "handy men" to take care of some projects around the church. If you have available time and some abilities, contact the office.
