Brother Mark's Remarks
"Parades and Celebrations"
You know one of the best things about the Super Bowl? You don’t have to watch a parade before it is played. No offense to all you band-types, but I just don’t get into parades. I have always felt that they were something to be endured before the college bowl games. (If that offends you, feel free to email trey@lhbc.com.) Having gotten that off my chest, click for this week’s remarks. Read More...

LHBC is "a church of connections." We want to help people become like Jesus by ...
Connecting to God and his church,
Connecting to other believers in small groups for discipleship & fellowship,
Connecting to service in the church and community,
Connecting to the world by building relationships with those who don't know Christ.
|
|
LHBC was established in 1903 and has been in the White Rock Lake area of Dallas for over 50 years. There is stability in the church but LHBC is also in touch with our changing world, providing ministries and opportunities for people today. We have quality programs and activities for all ages. Our worship is a fresh blend of new songs and great hymns along with messages that apply to life in the 21st century.
LHBC has a family feel . . . but it is the kind of family that is looking to expand. We invite you to make this your home church.
