Easter
Easter is the climactic season in the Christian year. We begin the season with the acclamation, “Christ is risen!” and conclude the season with the Feast of Pentecost, celebrating Christ’s gift of the Spirit, which he gave to his disciples 50 days after his resurrection. The season begins with a proclamation of Christ’s victory over death and ends with a celebration of the life we share with him.
